Jason Arsaga a.k.a. Lougow (and formerly of Mt. Gigantic) phones it in from the Bullman Beach Inn he runs in Neah Bay, Washington, at the most northwestern corner of the country. Accompanied (for the first time!) by his wife Ava, it's a frenetically beautiful attack of drums, guitar and falsetto vocals.
