This Is A Library, Earth Incubator, more) and feedback composer Seamus Williams (The Phoney Liberals, Needles) phone it in from Worcester, MA. What the hell is this? The sound of a handful of tape recorders hashing it out, found sound, manipulated loops, a pair of computer speakers. Echoes of crossed wires. An impromptu jam session under fluorescent lights after-hours in a real estate office. Sort of hard to listen to as it aired, actually proves surprisingly listenable after the fact. Calming, with enough small surprises to keep you on edge. Someone put this out on tape!
