Jake combines/shamelessly rips off the best bits of "indie-pop, ethnoforgery-folk, skronk-noise, delay-pedal-workout-drone, universal-rock, language-master-abuse, suburban-garage-punk, four-track-manipulation, etc.", creating a glorious, lumbering Frankenstein of improv noise-pop.
