The Mucky the Ducky trio phone it in from the DAM Haus in downtown Davis, .7 miles away from KDVS headquarters. Sean Johannessen, John Brumley and Gareth Ewing are Davis' resident experimenters, building off and deviating from their studies in the UC Davis music and technocultural studies departments. Using a variety of effects pedals, circuit-bent doodads and Max/MSP, the three create a complex flurry of sounds. See 'em live when you can, because this transmission doesn't do them justice.
