Eleanor Murray phones it in from a backyard forest in Olympia. Let me sum her up this way: I first saw her perform in Olympia on a folk singer-songwriter bill, and I was bored out of my mind until she started playing. Even with standard instrumentation, her voice is just so dynamic and unique and her song structures are so intriguing. She really transcends the "singer-songwriter" label.
